North Point provides the Board detailed financial reports on a monthly basis outlining all of the financial activity at the association.  In addition, the Board has the ability to access the financial records of the association in real time and at any time through our web site using their individual and secure user name and passwords. 

North Point provides to each board member on a monthly basis:

Annual Budgeting - North Point will work with the board in developing a detailed annual budget based on a review prior year actual expense with current performance and any changes in utility pricing and market conditions.   Our goal is to assist the association in establishing a budget that is both fiscally responsible and will properly address outstanding concerns based on a needs assessment.

End of Year Operations – We will assist the association in having an audit of the financial records performed and providing a tax return each year.
