Each year we have built value-added benefits for community associations that we serve. We have accomplished this by listening to our client communities and investing in the tools and resources that help make a difference. We believe our staff and management services can provide a number of value-added benefits to your community.
We will serve your community from one of our two offices located in Andover, Massachusetts and Amherst, New Hampshire. We will assign one key staff person, a condominium manager, to coordinate our services. Our manager and his/her support staff will handle all resident service requests for information or assistance. Our manager will visit your community regularly to perform preventative inspections and to supervise work in progress.
